You’ll need to buy a ticket and get it validated before you travel, and tickets are more expensive from the departure station than from the Termini news stand. Another option is to take one of Rome’s white taxis, they are on a fixed price which €40. The other option is to get a bus, either a regular local transport one (you can buy your tickets from any tobacco shop – Tabaccheria) which picks you up outside terminals B & C, or to jump on the Terravision shuttle bus. This is more expensive but has a direct route to the centre of Rome.
