This week’s free coloring page is a tribute to going back to school after a long vacation. For me, it means winding up a hectic and wonderful holiday season and getting back to the work I love, illustrating and writing. For over twenty years, I have owned and operated a costume business, where I designed and constructed large foam costumes (hot dogs, ice cream sundaes, etc.) for fast food franchises. I created and illustrated hundreds of whimsical characters and mascots for my clients to choose from. Having recently sold my business, I am now a full time illustrator, and writer of children’s picture books.
